acl ally

2026

The recovery companion I wish I had.

Two weeks before my first half marathon, I tore my ACL. The injury happened in seconds. What followed was a year-long maze of appointments, conflicting advice, and decisions I didn’t know I was supposed to be making.

ACL Ally is the companion I wish I’d had: it meets you at your stage of recovery, keeps your story in one place, and helps you walk into every appointment knowing what to ask. It doesn’t diagnose or replace your doctors. It does the quieter job of making sure you’re never the least prepared person in the room.

I built it while still recovering, which I think is the point. It’s at aclally.com.
